Travelling to Brittany is easy especially with the rise of the economy airlines such as Ryanair. There are also a number of ferry operators to choose from if you're taking the car with you.
 


There are 3 ways travel to Maroux Vian, Brittany. The first is by car via the cross-channel ferry or you can use the channel tunnel especially if you plan to trek across France say via Paris or the Normandy countryside. One advantage of bringing your own car is the ability to purchase cheap wine and beer, just don't forget to leave room for the passengers!

Alternatively, the recommended method (especially for a short trip) would be to fly. Low-cost airlines have made it very easy and inexpensive to holiday in Brittany. The nearest airports are Dinard St-Malo and Brest airport on the north and west coasts respectively. These destinations are served by Stansted and London Luton as well as many other UK airports. Both are within an hour and a half journey time (by car) from the property.

Once you have landed car rental is essential and rates are very reasonable (best to pre-book via the internet first). From experience, flying then hiring a car may workout cheaper and quicker - especially in the low season.
