The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 6 people plus Cot, has easy access to the swimming pool and is equipped with all mod cons.

Downstairs

Newly fitted, well equipped modern fitted kitchen. The large oak beamed lounge/dining room (10m x 5m) has ample comfortable seating, Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a large wood burning stove located in an inglenook fireplace. The dining area has pine table & chairs, etc. Also downstairs is the fully fitted shower room with new shower, wash basin and toilet.

Upstairs There are three bedrooms:

• 1 king sized with room for a cot
• 1 double with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and
• 1 twin (2 singles) bedroom
PLUS a toilet / washroom with w/c and hand basin.

NB: English & French electric power points throughout. All rooms upstairs have beams with sloping ceilings.

The detached Farmhouse, which overlooks its swimming pool, large lawned garden and patio / BBQ area, is surrounded by pleasant countryside in the very heart of Brittany.

The lounge leads out through a stable door to the pool area and lawned garden with BBQ facilities, where you can relax and while away the summer evenings with a glass of wine.

There is a newly fitted, well equipped modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and table & chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and room for a cot, fitted out in pine with wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc.

There are 2 other bedrooms: 1 x double with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and 1 x twin (2 singles) bedroom

Downstairs there is the fully fitted Shower room with new shower, wash basin and toilet. Upstairs you'll find another w/c with toilet and hand basin (shown above).
